24V Coaxial Gear Motor Applications
The coaxial gear motor relies on a shaft to reduce the speed and attribute the drive and transmission to this shaft while the expandable type separates them into multiple shafts. No matter which type, the gear ratio is determined by the size and the number of teeth. For coaxial gear motors, the input shaft and the output shaft are coaxial. The 24V coaxial gear motor is a small-power micro gear motor, with a main transmission structure assembled by a driving motor (micro motor) and planetary gearhead (reducer) connected by concentric drive shafts.
The drive motor can use a brushed DC motor, BLDC motor, stepper motor and coreless motor as the drive source while the micro gearbox can use a planetary gearhead, cylindrical gearhead, and worm gearhead as the reducer. 24V coaxial gear motors are widely used in automobiles, medical technology, robots, automatic machinery & equipment, smart homes, intelligent logistics equipment, and much more. Their technical parameters, such as the output power, gear ratio, voltage, torque, noise, transmission precision, and service life are often customized.
