Micro Gear Motor for Smart Car Air Purification System
The newly developed intelligent air purification system can monitor the air quality in the vehicle at any time, perform intelligent purification, and provide high-quality air in the vehicle. When the concentration level of particulate matter (PM) in the air is "severe" or "serious", and the smart air purification function is activated, the vehicle’s air conditioning system will begin to purify the air inside. If the window is open, the vehicle automatically closes the window when the air purification function is activated, to encourage rapid air purification. During this time, the driver is able to see the changes in the PM concentration levels in the car through the feedback of the AVN and heating controllers. The connection between the vehicle’s intelligent air purification system and intelligent network system can further protect the health of users. The vehicle communicates with the local air quality inspection department, and obtains information about local air environment quality, before making an accurate judgment. When the vehicle enters a tunnel, and PM2.5 exceeds the limit, the system will automatically switch the air conditioner to internal circulation mode to shield the dirty air outside the car. Once the vehicle exits the tunnel, the system will automatically switch to the external circulation mode, intelligently creating a "mobile oxygen chamber" for users.
The transmission component modules of the smart car air purification system include an air-conditioning damper actuator, an active grille shutter drive gear motor, and a window lifter gear motor. The transmission module structure mainly comprises of a driving motor (motor) and a micro gearbox (reducer).
