They have the characteristics of fast motion and simple control, and are widely used in automatic palletizing production lines, unmanned vehicles and other fields.
Technical Support: The driving part of the wheeled robot adopts a combination of a DC motor and a 38mm planetary gearbox, and an anti-symmetric installation method. This method can reduce the force point of the output shaft of the robot warehouse brushless motors, greatly shorten the wheelbase, and save space under the condition that the wheel set is coaxial and provides greater power (usually the motor size and power are in a certain proportion).
Achievement: Based on field test and theoretical analysis, the poor climbing ability is mainly caused by the insufficient driving force of the drive system. The reason for the lack of driving force is that the friction factor of the linear guide rail selected in the design stage is too ideal. In order to solve the change in the friction factor of the guide rail after the system load increases, our planetary gearbox has two, three, four-stage transmission that can change the reduction ratio and adjust the input speed and torque of the gearbox according to the requirements of the micro motor warehouse and wheeled robot gear motor.
