Shenzhen ZHAOWEI Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. focuses on the design, development and production of micro-gear transmission system, providing customers with drive solutions. The company attaches great importance to independent research and development and technological innovation. It has developed the main transmission modules of 5G base station antenna, smart home and intelligent robot, so as to meet customers' needs of intelligent drive. Over the years, it has formed a systematic development system from customization, research and development, design, manufacturing to experimental detection.

During safety production, ZHAOWEI has implemented the concept of "taking safety responsibility seriously", strengthened safety education and performed in-depth risk management and control & potential hazards investigation and handling. ZHAOWEI has also set up a safety management organization composed of professional safety management personnel in accordance with the law, strictly implemented the safety production responsibility system at all levels and put various safety tasks into practice, contributing to the steady development of the enterprise. In addition, ZHAOWEI regularly organizes and carries out various activities to build a safety culture such as safety production emergency drills, fire drills, safety knowledge training & contests, and safety speech contests involving all employees. Through various safety activities, the safety awareness of all employees has been improved and a safety culture stamped with ZHAOWEI characteristics has been established.
